ORIGIN Russia
QUANTITY:100,000 Metric Ton per month
PERIOD:12 month
PRICE: Platt s Mediterranean cargoes FOB Med (Italy) for
Gasoil 0.1; discount from 20.00 USD/MT depending on face value of BG/SBLC.
TERMS OF DELIVERY: FOB Black Sea loading port
PERFORMANCE BOND:2%
INSPECTION: SGS or similar
PAYMENT: TT on each vessel and BG/SBLC

PROCEDURES:

1. Buyer issues ICPO
2. Seller issues FCO
3. If Buyer accepts, Seller issues the contract and sends to Buyer open for amendment
4. Buyer and Seller sign and seal the contract and agree for TTM
5. Buyer provides availability of fund or confirms previous experience to deal with any Russian major oil & gas corporation and Seller provides POP
6. Buyer will issue preadvice of financial instrument and Seller will confirm PB
7. Loading started based on revolving schedule of the contract.

NOTES:

1/ SAME TERMS AND PROCEDURES FOR MAZUT 100 (UP TO 60,000 MT PER MONTH), JP54, GAS, etc.

2/ The jokers are deeply asked to abstain.
