For the next order
PAYMENT AND BANKING PROCEDURES:
1. Buyer issues ICPO with current procedure and passport copy of the signee/Buyer
addressed to Seller.
2. Buyer and Seller sign and execute contract by lodging with their respective banks.
3. Buyer issues a bank to bank Proof of Funds (POF) via Swift MT103 23 as per
attachment to Seller s bank
4. A copy of the Swift MT103 23 must be immediately emailed to Seller for
documentation.
5. Seller issues: Tank receipts, SGS report on quality and quantity and the
authorization to perform a diptest VIA
Swift 799 to Buyer s Bank.
6. Buyer transfers funds via MT103 upon successful dip test and title passes to the
buyer.
7. Seller loads the product to the Buyers designated vessel as per INCOTERM 2000
FOB.
8. Bill of Lading will deem the contract executed.
