Procedures:
1. Buyer issues an ICPO banked
2. Rayong issue Full Corporate Offer. Buyer signs for acceptance
and sends back to Seller
3. Rayong issues Contract
4. Buyer signs, seals and returns the final contract to Rayong
5. Both parties lodge the contract along with the IMFPA with their
respective banks. ( IMFPA will be paid by the buyer ).
6. Rayong issues partial POP
7. Buyer verifies the POP
8. Upon successful verification of the POP, Buyer issues a one
time transferable RDLC
9. Full POP is issued
10. Lifting commences as per contract lift schedule and against
title property transferred Buyer pays MT103
