Procedures:
1.Buyer issues letter of intent (LOI)
2.Seller issues full corporate offer (FCO)
3.Buyer signs and returns FCO with proof of fund.
4.Seller issues SPA to buyer attaching proof of product and Buyer signs SPA and exchange is made via electronic mail.
5. Buyer issues Letter of Credit (LC non divisible et non transferable) for the total Cargo value IFO Seller.
6. Seller issues 2% Performance Bond for the Cargo value IFO Buyer.
7. Seller charters TRANSNEFT Russian State Pipeline Transportation System to transport Product to Harbour for Loading onto Vessels.
8. SGS Office at Harbour conducts Inspection on Cargo and issues SGS Inspection Certificate as part of loading documents.
9. Vessel departs for the designated Port of Discharge of Buyer, at arrival, Buyer´s Bank releases Payment for the Cargo.
10. Seller then transfers Title to Buyer.
