Consortium Vietnamien recherche partenariat à 50/50 pour prise de participation au Capital, avec un savoir faire industriel dans la fabrication de fertilisant afin de couvrir ses propres exploitations agricoles (riz, caoutchouc, café) estimée à 20.000 ha, d'une part, et ayant l'ambition de renforcer sa présence sur le marché communautaire ASEAN, d'autre part. La prise de participation concerne essentiellement les actifs immobilisés, estimés à ce jour à 2 million de dollars US, donnant une capacité de production annuelle de 50.000 tonnes/an. Le partenaire apportera seulement son savoir faire industriel y compris la constitution des équipes managériales et de production et sa participation en numéraire car le reste aura été réalisé par le consortium en amont.
