PROCEDEURES

1. Buyer send ICPO with full data bank + BCL

2. Seller send FCO and buyer return with Letter acceptance

3. Buyer and Seller can discuss & amend draft contract. Upon agreeing both sides e signing & Seal the contract. Both agree on contract and sign contract terms. Contract must include clause on MT760;

should buyer not issue MT760 into 5(five) bankng days, contract is considered null and avoid.

4 . Buyer issue MT799 to seller's Bank for pre advise on SBLC draft terms

5. Seller bank will check & advise draft SBLC to buyer bank and both banks must agree and follow the

same later.

6. Buyer issues MT760 to seller bank. Seller bank will issue POP to buyer bank.

7. Buyer issues SBLC/BG + IRDLC

8. Seller bank will issue 2% PB to buyer bank

9. Buyers bank issues Mt103 per shipment value

9. Seller issue transfer title in the name of the buyer and Commence urea shipment .
