pour mon acheteur je cherche 12500 à 25000 tonnes de sucre icumsa 45 avec un bateau chargé prouvé avec le bl.
si vous pouvez suivre,nous avançons. voici la procédure de mon client:
procedure:
1. buyer issues icpo with full banking details; on receiving copies of the bl.
2. the seller will present the draft contract for acceptance by the buyer. contract goes through normal negotiation and validation period.
3. buyer returns the draft contract by exchanging it by facsimile or email attachment, duly signed and sealed, within 3 working days, the draft copy will be deemed legal until hard copies exchanged.
4. after the signing of the mutual agreement between buyer, seller. both lodge them at their respective banks.
5. seller sends the shipping docs copies (bl and sgs) to buyer bank for verification.
6. buyer s bank issues an irrevocable and confirmable 103/23 to sellers bank against the reception of the original copies of the necessary shipping documents
7. 100% payment by tt of the full invoice value after quality controls on arrival of the vessel at buyers port.
