procedure non negociable :
1. buyer sends icpo to seller.
2. seller sends fco to buyer
3. buyer signs and returns fco to seller
4. seller sends imo and proforma invoice.
5. buyer signs proforma invoice
6. buyer and seller deposit a copy of fco and proforma invoice to their respective banks
7. buyer's bank sends mt 199 or rwa to the seller's bank
8. seller's bank sends a copy of bl and sgs analysis report to buyer.
9. buyer's bank sends blocks fund via swift mt 103/202 to seller's bank.
10. seller's bank sends original shipping documents through courier to buyer's bank, including the captain's satellite telephone to confirm cargo and documents.
11. buyer's bank and buyer check documents, and confirm their acceptance.
12. seller changes the ownership of the documents, and through shipping company, delivers the goods at the final destination (according to proforma invoice, incoterm: cif, price: 400 usd/mt)
13. upon arrival at final destination, buyer check good quality/quantity, and buyer's bank releases payment by mt 103 to seller bank
14. buyer takes the good
