4) Seller submits SWIFT message MT 799 bank to bank to proof ability of supplying with the signed and sealed Final Contract to the buyer within 48 houres .
5) Seller issues Proforma Invoice to the Buyer .
6) Buyer issues DLC as per in contract within ( 7 ) Banking working days .
7) Seller issues PB 2 % within ( 7 ) Banking working days after
Recipt and acceptance the DLC .
