1) Buyer sends ICPO/LOI with bank details or via MT799.
2) Seller issue Draft Contract.
3) Buyer and seller sign Final Contract.
4) Buyer issue POF (Proof of Funds) via SWIFT MT799.
5) Seller issue POP (Proof of Product) via SWIFT MT799.
6) Buyer issue financial instrument Fully Funded. Payment is released following a Health Inspection of the Goods at the Port of Discharge, which must be made within 24 hours of docking.
7) Seller post 2% PB against payment instrument.
8) Shipment starts in accordance with the contract terms.
PACKING: Packed in polyethylene inner bags of 50 Kg.
INSPECTION: SGS inspection at Seller's cost at loading port.
DELIVERY: At port of loading around 30/45 days after the Financial Instruments be render operative.
INSURANCE: 110% to be covered by the seller.
LICENSE: The seller is responsible for obtaining any and all necessary export documents, licenses and permits for country of destination.
SAMPLES: No samples will be provided.
