our prices go from 295 to 270 depending on the size of the command (minimum 25000mt ) and incoterms.
below is our procedure and no other will be accepted
1. seller issues fco, buyer signs, seals and returns it to the seller within 48 hours;
2. seller issues sale and purchase draft contract.
3. buyer signs seals and returns the contract; seller revises, signs and returns to the buyer;
4. buyer and seller deposit a copy of the signed contract with their respective banks;
5. buyer presents mt 760 sblc from bank seller will accept; once accepted sblc becomes operative.
6. 10 days maximum after the confirmation of the sblc, seller starts loading of product;
7. mt103 for payment of each shipment from the buyer bank after recieving the bl copy and sgs certificate of the shipment.
