a) imo numbers
b) bill of lading number only addressed to another name (to be changed after blocking funds)
c) name of the shipping company
d) name of the vessel
e) certificate of exclusive distribution rights of the refinery in brazil and allocation of sugar quantity per month
f) halal certificate
g) certificate of food safety system

after blocking the funds to receive from bank to bank the following

ii. a complete set of bill of lading (bl): one original and three copies.

iii. certificate of weight and quality issued by "sgs".

iv. phytosanitary certificate attesting that the sugar is fit for human consumption.

v. certificate of origin issued or approved by the chamber of commerce of the country of origin.

vi. packing list signed in triplicate, issued, stamped and the seller confirming that the products are good.

vii. declaration from the shipping company confirming that the age of the vessel does not exceed twenty (20) years.

viii. certificate/policy of insurance for 110% (one hundred and ten percent)

ix. certificate of radiation level issued or certified by "sgs".

x. packing list showing gross/net weight and number of ocean loads.
