I) quantity: available only for pour 12,500 mt , 25,000 mt and 50,000 mt on pot deal basis
II) price:
a) 12,500 mt = usd 585 / mt
b) 25,000 mt = usd 580 / mt
c) 50,000 mt = usd 575 / mt
III) procedures:
1. Buyer request for an official SCO by sending LOI + NCND to end seller
2. Seller or Seller s mandate sends the SCO to buyer
3. Buyer returns signed SCO
4. Seller s or seller s mandate sends order document package: composed by:
Fraud Warning Letter,
Authorization to Verify Funds,
ICPO Template
Irrevocable Payment Order (The Irrevocable Payment Order must be issued or confirmed by a Top 25 rated financial institution.)
5. Buyer returns the ICPO and all documents in the document package signed and sealed.
6. Seller issues draft contract.
7. Buyer and Buyer s bank signs and seals contract.
8. Seller signs and seals contract. A PDF copy is returned to the buyer. This copy is considered valid and legal.
9. Vessel loads and sails to destination port.
10. Seller forwards the complete set of original shipping instruments to the Buyer s bank with instructions to release them to the buyer only after payment is made and was accepted by the Sellers bank.
11. The Buyer s bank effects payment in accordance with the contract
VERY IMPORTANT:
When sending the ICPO, the buyer should send the original copy of the irrevocable payment order should be sent to seller s bank by courier (DHL OR SIMILAR) and one copy to the seller by email.
