We have a total 125,000 MT of ICUMSA 45 available at the Port of Santos Warehouse.

The sugar will be sold in 12,500 MT increments or multiples thereof.

The loading can begin in as little as 7 days after acceptance of the financial instrument by the refinery's bank.

Prices:

12,500 MT 50,000 MT = USD 580/MT

62,500 MT 100,000 MT = USD 570/MT

Commission:

Commission is NOT included. (Overprice is split 50% 50%)

Procedure:

Buyer issues Bank endorsed ICPO.
Seller issues Draft Contract.
Seller Issues SGS Report.
Buyer and Seller sign and seal the contract.
Buyer's bank issues Pre advice to seller's bank.
Seller begins loading and advises vessel information to the buyer.
The original shipping documents are forwarded to the buyers bank.
The buyers bank makes the payment by wire transfer and releases the original shipping documents to the buyer after acceptance of the payment by the sellers bank.
