3. Buyer signs FCO after reaching Agreement on all terms of the FCO with the seller.
4. Seller sends Contract which buyer signs and returns original copies to the Seller + DRAFT LC FILLED (VIA EMAIL)(THE DRAFT LETTER OF CREDIT (LC) SHOULD BE PRESENTED TO BUYER S BANK FOR HIS APPROVAL. SO THAT WHEN IT WILL COME TO ISSUE THE LC, BUYER S BANK WILL USE THE SAME FORM.)
5. Seller signs and returns 4 hard copies of the Contract to the Buyer
6. Buyer and Seller deposit original Contracts with their respective Banks
7. Seller provides Proof of Product SGS Reports, Certificate of Origin and Batch number from the Miller
8. Buyer bank issue a non operative LC in seller bank favor, upon Vessel Charter Agreement and Manifest being electronically mailed to Buyer
9. Buyer activates L/C and makes it irrevocable, transferable and payable, after issuance and receipt of original copy of BL from the Port of Origin
10. Product is shipped as per Contract term Thank you and looking forward to a healthy trading arrangement with your company.
