PAYMENT TERMS:
The L/C will be received by the seller after the presentation of shipping document BL and SGS, which are
issued after the loading at the port of origin.
SHIPMENT DELIVERY:
Shipment in 30/45 days after receipt and acceptance of the Letter of credit.

CIF BUYER PORT (Without certification EUR1/T2L)
PACKING:
Sugar is to be packed in fifty 50kg pp net weight in new sacks of 50 kg pp Polyethylene (PE) liner,
Suitable for ocean transportation, or internationally acceptable equivalent.
The seller will supply two percent (2%) of empty bags at the seller s expense.
Provision of those same empty bags shall be so stated on the bill of lading and Invoice as free of charge .
INSPECTION:
By a reputable independent surveyor, such as SGS, or equivalent at the port of loading.
INSURANCE PROVIDE:
Insurance provide by seller to the benefit of the buyer for a total of 110% on the Buyers costs
