1. buyer send loi
2. seller sends fco whit gacc and sif number
3. buyer signs fco and returns with icpo with copy of buyer ́s passport,bank information, copy of
buyer ́s company register.
4. seller sends draft spa (sales purchase agreement)
5. buyer reviews, and makes necessary corrections to the draft spa, and then electronically signs and
returns it to the seller.
6. seller reviews, and if all corrections are agreed upon by both parties, then seller electronically signs
and sends to buyer with the letter of authorisation to sell the end seller products.

7. after the signature of the sap, the buyer and the seller make a visioconference
8. after the videoconference the buyer send pof (proof of fund) bank to bank to the seller. 9. the seller responds bank to bank to the buyer by showing that he can put 2% pb
(performance bond).
10. the buyer sets up the bank instrument, documentary letter of credit (dlc), mt700, irrevocable,
non transferable, divisible, revolving, confirmed, payable at loading port via mt103 after
control and reception of the documents.
11. seller puts up the 2%pb
12. seller starts loading (buyer is present during loading and sgs check)
13. after receiving the documents at the bank, the buyer's bank sends the final payment via mt 103 at
loading port.
14. the seller and buyer pays the intermediaries
15. the procedure starts again for each month for 12 months.(france)
