procedure :
1. buyer sends icpo
2. seller sends spa+ purchase invoice
3. both buyer and seller sign and seal contract and lodge with their respective banks.
4. seller sends copy of bl and other necessary documents to buyer's bank.
5. upon buyer's bank receiving the copies of bl and other necessary document the buyer's bank has within 5 working days to send mt 103 to sellers bank. (...) ...
