we are an international trading company, we are an agent direct cement plant in tunisia.
we are ready and capable to enter into a contract to sell the cement, with the following terms, conditions and specifications as stated below. the sales and purchase contract would be in accordance the international standards and procedures.
commodity : cement type :cem ii/a l 42,5 n & cem ii/a l32.5 r (european norms en197 1)
quantity : any quantity
packing : bags 50 kg (kraft & pp)
shipment :
terms : fob c&f
quotation : according to the quantity and payment terms

procedures :
1 buyer issues loi.
2 seller sending icpo forwards draft contract signed sealed.
3 contract are agreed upon hard copies signed & exchanged via dhl,mail, fax ( buyer's choice).
4 buyer: sending a swift mt 799 for proof of founds (pof)...seller reply through the same swift by proof of product (pop) bank to bank.
5 buyer issues a non operative l/c for seller's bank.
6 seller activates the non operative l/c by issuing 2% pb.
7 delivery begins as per schedule of shipments in contract agreed between the buyer/seller until completion of the contracted quantity.
cement report information are delivered upon request.
