the certificate of weight issued by inspection

agency shall determine the total quantity of the

contract and the bill of lading of each shipment

delivered to the buyer, which shall confirm to the

quantity stipulated.

the certificate of quality as per the specification

mentioned in this contract will be verified within

the limits of the inspection agency and issued by

the inspection agency confirming the specification

within limits.

the seller warrants that the shipment as

mentioned above shall be provided with an

inspection of weight and quality at the time of

loading and discharge (buyer's option).

such certificates shall be provided by

international inspection agency at seller's expense

at port of loading and at buyer's expense at port of

discharge, which shall be deemed to be final
