conditions: payment by bank transfer t/t (25% t/t to our company bank account against proforma invoice to cover all the operational cost such as packaging, loading, labeling, local transportation, inland cost, quality inspections, taxes and all other logistics. the balance 25% will be paid against bill of landing and other shipping documents and rest 50% when your goods arrival at your port of discharge on the confirmation of the quality and quantity of your goods.)
inspections: bureau veritas or sgs or similar inspections agency.

documents: the seller shall provide a sales contract with all terms and conditions. after contract is provide buyer shall preview, confirm and sign the contract. immediately contract is signed, seller shall issue proforma invoice for buyer to begin with payments.
the seller and buyer mutually agreed that bureau veritas or sgs independent surveyor company (or other similar internationally recognize institute), should be appointed at the designated loading port to assess the quality and quantity of the vessels according to the provisions herein stated. the seller will pay the total inspection fee, as per the surveyor s invoice.

quantity and quality assessments conducted by the bureau veritas or sgs surveyor company, (or other similar international recognize institute). shall be in accordance with methods and procedures usually used in the transportation industry practice and at all times, shall strictly comply with the revised astm/ip international standards and procedures enforced at the date of compliance.
