trasferable availiable by negotiations at sellers bank only ,& expiration  at sellers bank 100% as per ucp600/urr, third party documents acceptable

the parties (the seller and buyer) hereby have agreed on the following specification of the product
purchase procedure
1.. buyer issues loi/icpo with full coordinates + company profile.
2. seller sends fco and proforma invoice,after acceptance of the fco countersigned
3. buyer issues payment instrument confirmed by his bank: trdlc (mt700) at sight payment for the
first month shipment in favor of the seller at seller's bank valid for a time period of 90 days.
4. shipment start as per delivery schedule agreed in the contract.
5. lift commences with iisl survey report (iisl: international independent surveyor laboratory).
6. upon receipt swift or receival of shipping documents for (each shipment) required for the payment,
buyer's bank will make the payment as required to seller's bank within the contract, payment
instrument terms and conditions.
8. if the contract and payment procedures not provides otherwise, buyer releases payment to
seller through swift mt103/ telegraphic transfer after product loaded on the vessel at loading port;
9. following term contract monthly deliveries will take place per shipping schedule and payments will be
arranged in accordance with renewed payment instrument and swift fund transfer mt103 (within 1
clear business day), after cargo is loaded;
10. documents
10.1. 3/3 originals plus 3 n/n copies of bl "clean on board"
10.2. original quantity & quality ("q & q") certificates plus two (2) copies as issued
at loading port by sgs/similar
10.3. certificate of origin plus two (2) copies.
10.4. ci, based on the loaded q & q showing name of vessel date of completion
loading quantity and state of delivery.
10.5. master sample receipt at loading port original plus 2 (two) copies.
10.6. shipping agent report at loading port with time log & shipmaster report.
