*sblc/dlc standard operating procedures*
1. icpo, spa draft, spa signature.
2. seller provides past transaction record, gacc, allocation letter,etc.
3. seller provides sblc/dlc template, and buyer's bank issues a draft mt760/mt700 to seller to
review.
3. seller and his financial company certify verbiage and sign.
4. buyer s bank issues mt760/mt700 to seller's financial company bank with a copy to seller.
5. seller and financial agent certify the wording and sign.
6. after the funds are in place, seller pays 3% pb(sblc), 2% pb(dlc)
8. seller starts to produce and ship out.

1. *mt760/mt700 will not be sent to seller's bank, it should be sent to seller's financial company's bank.*
