4. we want your confirmation and make sure, that the spa will clearly specify that after signing the spa and even work out a mutual confirmed draft lc with our banks, if necessary, we ll have an option to make a physical personal visit in the factory s premises / offices in brazil, together with the distributor , and then he will show us the allocation letter for signing the deal and give a green light to our bank to issue the lc.
5. no bank instrument will be opened before this physical visit.
