procedures:
1.
buyer issues loi/icpo addressed to end seller .
2.
buyer and seller meet and agree on terms: price, quantities, payment terms.
3.
buyer signs and stamps seller s ncnda and fco.
4.
seller issues spa (contract) for buyer to return signed and stamped.
5.
buyer issues bank s draft dlc from bank, one of top 25 global banks with main branch
in a major city.
6.
seller approves dlc verbiage and issue proforma invoice (pi).
7.
buyer signs and stamps pi and arranges dlc activation to seller s nominated account.
8.
seller's places order with factory.
9.
on sgs verification at port of loading, seller emails electronic copies of original shipping
documents for buyer s bank to release payment on a same day settlement.
10. on receipt of payment confirmation, seller arranges title transfers and shipment follow.
seller couriers original shipment documents to buyer s bank.
11. goods arrive at port of discharge/destination. after goods inspection by independent
inspection company, buyer immediately transfers product to warehouse.
