our buyer holds a permit for importation of chicken feet and paws into china which will take effect on may 1st, 2019. here are the details of the transaction that our buyer would like to accomplish:
they are looking to import the goods into the shenzhen port
they would like to place orders on a month to month basis for the first few months (~2 3 months) as a trial period
the trial period would start with 10 containers for the first month and possibly increase up to 40 60 containers for the following trial months based on satisfaction
once the trial period is successfully completed, they are looking to sign a 18 months contract for 40 60 containers/month
their expected date of arrival at shenzhen port for the first order of 10 containers is for the beginning of june (~ june 1st, 2019)
their target price for the 40 60 containers per month would be $1200 usd/ metric ton , negotiable.
since our buyer is importing directly into china, they will need sif approved suppliers
no up front payments. payments will be made sblc or revolving, irrevocable, bank confirmed, transferable, documentary payable at sight lc against docs.
