*procedure for otg copper cathode:*
1. buyer sends icpo to seller to sign and return.
2. seller sends signed spa for buyer to review and sign.
3. buyer shows proof of fund (pof) and authority to verify (atv) or rwa
4. seller sends skr of the products to buyer
5. seller meets with buyer or buyer's representative in tanzanian bonded ware house to show products
physically.
6. upon completion of inspection and transaction documents, buyer pays 100% payment by tt, and
seller hands over all ownership documents to buyer.
