payment terms: 100% dlc at china destination port
procedure
a. buyer and seller reach an agreement after loi and price offer.
b. spa is issued for analyze and revisions
c. spa is signed by seller and buyer
d. buyer not later 5 working days must issue proof of funds mt199
between banks.
e. seller returns pop thought swift message (stock inventory, sgs stock
report). the
buyer will visit the factory.
f. buyer issues draft dlc pre advice mt105 for approval, review and
verbiage mutual
agreement.
g. dlc must be irrevocable, no transferrable, dlc.
h. draft dlc is approved seller issues pb pre advice base don exw value.
i. buyer activate dlc
j. seller activate pb at the attention of end buyer.
k. performance starts.
l. documents transferred between banks at loading (set of commercial
documents, cdd, sgs report, and any other export documents referenced in
contract).
m. payment issued by tt mt103 (5 days maximum) or through dlc
negotiation between banks (15 days maximum) .
n. after trial clauses of the revolving contract are activated.

trial order: can be 100, 200, 300, 500 mt then year contract.
