quantity : 2 000 mt per month
contract period : 1 year
price cif aswp except china : lme 17%
mode of payment/guarantee: dicountable lc at sight, irrevocable, and confirmed by a top 50 bank
serious buyer to provide icpo and pof (bcl, rwa, ...).
only serious buyer, not time waster, ...
contract procedures:
1) buyer sends his icpo and pof (bcl, rwa, ...)
2) seller sends fco (full corporate offer) and pop
3) buyer signs, seals the fco, and send it back to buyer, accepting price and sale terms
4) seller issues draft contract (sale purchase agreement)
5) buyer and the seller discuss and finalize all amendments about the contract
6) upon acceptance, buyer returns the final contract to seller in 4 hard copies signed and sealed by courier within 3 business days
7) seller returns to buyer 2 hard copies signed and sealed by courier within 3 business days
8) immediately after receiving the final signed contract via email, seller issues the local costs and invoice to the buyer. tax / cost to destination must be paid by the supplier
9) delivery and shipment shall commence immediately after the fulfillment of the procedures, stated above, as per the terms and conditions of the contract. payment of goods by t/t (swift wire transfer mt 103) upon completion of inspection by buyer.
