destination port: china.
terms of delivery : cif.
target price : 25% less lme
payment :dlc/ lc 100% @ destination port upon positive ciq test result,
test report : ciq.

procedures:

1. buyer submits loi.
2. seller provide fco comprising loi procedure:
3. buyer returns signed and stamped fco.
4. seller provides the following document.
a, photos & videos with buyer s name on them,
b, sgs (or equivalent) test report, sgs
c, manufacturing process technology.(factory book)
d, custom (hs) code

5. after buyer satisfaction of documents, seller issues spa.
5. buyer sign after revision & agree with seller.
6. seller issue 2% pb.

7. buyer open tran sfer able lc, the payment will be,with mt103 after product reached destination and tested.
8. commence of shipments.
