we are looking for serious buyers to buy copper cathodes already available in bonded warehouse in tanzania (security house).

general working procedure:
1. buyer issues lio/cpo.
2. seller and buyer sign the sales and purchase agreement (spa), where delivery protocol is delineated. each page must be initialed
3. after buyer and seller have signed the contract, within 2 working days seller shall forward all copies of company incorporation certificates, seller shall issue copy of skr.
4. seller and buyer will deposit a copy of the spa in their respective banks.
5. buyer and seller will meet in dar es salaam in seller s office for ttm. official invitation will be provided by the seller to the buyer.
6. buyer s bank will pay the seller by mt103 tt transfer 5,800$ for change of ownership. this certificate with buyer s name as receiver will give buyer of his representative the full authority to inspect the goods in the custom warehouse.
7. seller will provide the certificate of change of ownership to the buyer then buyer or his representative will go in the custom warehouse to inspect the goods.
8. seller will provide alex stewart analysis report or equivalent to buyer.
9. upon satisfactory of certificate of change of ownership, analysis report and inspection report, buyer bank will pay immediately the full amount by tt transfer mt103 to seller s nominated bank account before logistics and loading procedures start.
after receiving your loi/icpo, we will provide certificate essay (alex stewart), customs and border control department receipt, ... along with spa.
