6. corius metals & trading returns fco and ncnda signed and sealed to seller
7. seller issue draft sales and purchase agreement (spa)
8. after mutual agreement, corius metals & trading and seller sign and seal the spa with full
banking coordinates
9. bank to bank: buyers bank bullion officer deals directly with sellers bank bullion office
