if the buyer fails to provide mt799/199 within 10 working days, a penalty of 3% of the contract value will be applied.
if the seller fails to provide the 2% pb after verification of the dlc (mt700/760), a penalty of 6% will be applied to the financial company.

the seller receives the icpo and issues a draft sales and purchase agreement (spa) within 48 hours.
