inspection: sgs or some other equal or equivalent inspection company, which is active, available and in operation at the time of needing the service
procedures: han c.a. issues an sco to the buyer to be signed and stampd as acceptance of the content
buyer sends a loi & pof. including an authorization note to have access to the bearer, to verify the documents supplied, between banks of the parties (seller´s bank: bank of america
) seller issue fco & draft contract to be signed and stampd by the buyer as acceptance
the rest of the procedure will be reflected and determined in the contract by the regular way. irrevocable note the information requested and / or provided are highly confidential, only and exclusive for the negotiating parties of this deal of rails from saudi arabia, with the validity agreed and mentioned in this sco, since the date of issue the present document. every type of claim and / or lawsuit is determinely void on the expiration of the date.
