explanation:
for corn oil, the first shipment in bottles will be as follows:
a load of 1000 mt as a test. all labeling, administration and routing issues will
be tested.
ten days after the 1000 mt one load of 2000 mt
ten days after this second load again 2000 mt
from the second shipment: 5000 mt monthly in two loads of 2500 mt every
15 days. the purpose of this time delay is to regulate the flow in the unloading
port.

destination port: port tripoli or mirata port or benghazi port
contract length: 12 months with rolls and extensions 5 years

2. seller issues draft contract with within two days, buyer signs, seals and returns to seller; then seller
signs seals and returns fully executed contract to buyer and pop partial immediately within letter
sgs / veritas of capacity delivery quantity by the firme, incendentally possible government
delegation will visit a manufacturing and packaging site at the buyer's expense.
3. after immediately after the visit, the buyer issue assignment letter of credit value shipment .
4. shipment should undergo pre shipment inspection within approximately 8 days from receiving
assignment lc.
5. seller commences delivery.
6. documents submitted after inspections are complete to bank and next shipment continues.

payment and conditions :
the total shipment quantity is 5000 mt ( five thousand metric tons) (2pct+/ ) spread over shipment (15/20
days after receipt at seller s bank the assignment lc value one shipment each month, payable 100%, by letter of credit, irrevocable, assignable, divisible, confirmed at sight against original
documents conform sgs quality quantity, certificate origin, invoice... within 10 banking days at port loading.

product documentation :
1 full set clean on board marine bill of lading issued to the order of xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx showing freight prepaid and notifying the applicant.
2 signed commercial invoice issued in the name of the applicant in (2) originals plus (3) copies showing all details of the goods and prices as mentioned in pro.inv.no.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx ref : xxxxxxxxxxxxx letter of intention.
3 original certificate of origin issued and authenticated by chamber of commerce in the exporting country showing goods are of xxxxxxxxxxxxx origin.
4 packing list in (2) original plus (2) copies.
5 inspection certificate issued and signed by bureau veritas or others which holds the following cbl key.cbl8 060043 certifying that the quantity quality and packing of goods are in accordance with the proforma invoice no.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. the inspection company must confirm that it is accredited by libyan accreditation center the inspection company must indicate its cbl key on the inspection certificate.
6 insurance policy issued signed by an international insurance company to order of xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx for 110pct (one hundred ten percent) cif invoive value covering all risks from the warehouse to final warehouse in libya showing claims payable in libya in the same currency of the l/c irrespective of any franchise or excess (deductable) stating the name and address of insurance company agent or representative in libya and showing premium paid.
7 health certificate in one original issued and signed by the competent authorities in the country of origin of goods stating that goods are fit for human consumption.
8 phytosanitry certificate in one original and one copy issued and signed by the competent authorities in the country of origin of goods and/or country of export certifing that goods are free from agricultural disease and insects also free from radiation.
