i am looking for extra virgin olive oil with characteristics that confirm high quality and freshness.
the reference oil i am using as a benchmark had the following parameters (analysis from an ioc accredited laboratory):

acidity: 0.15%
peroxide value: 8 meq o /kg
k232: 2.0 k270: 0.15 k: 0
ethyl esters: < 2 mg/kg
fruitiness (fruttato): around 5 / no defects
oleic acid: 75%
linoleic acid: 6%
no pesticide residues (< 0.01 mg/kg)
sitosterol: > 94% total sterols: 1,200 mg/kg

i am looking for oil with a similar profile clean, fresh, sensorially balanced, with pronounced fruitiness and no defects (rancid, fusty, winey, etc.).
preferably early harvest oil (high freshness, stability, polyphenols).
bulk or packaged options are acceptable, quantity to be agreed upon.
