conditions of sale and purchasing process
we welcome potential buyers to visit our facilities in tanzania, where we maintain stock at two separate locations. our policy emphasizes long term partnerships with serious companies willing to inspect our production and verify stock before initiating payment. this approach ensures buyer satisfaction and aligns with our commitment to transparency.
purchasing process:
factory visit:
buyers are required to visit our factory in tanzania to inspect the available stock and verify product quality. upon satisfaction, we will proceed to finalize the contract, detailing all agreed upon terms and conditions.
contract signing:
after the inspection, a formal contract will be signed to validate the order and define the terms of the transaction.
payment and order processing:
a 30% deposit is required against the proforma invoice to initiate order processing.
50% payment is due upon presentation of shipping documents.
the remaining 20% balance must be settled upon the arrival of the shipment at the destination port.
for orders ranging from 5,000 to 50,000 tons, we offer an alternative payment structure, requiring a 5 15% deposit during the visit and inspection, with the balance due upon receipt of shipping documents.
loading and delivery:
once payment is confirmed, the loading process will commence. buyers or their representatives are welcome to witness the loading. the goods will then be transported to the port of departure for shipment to the buyer s final destination.
