first shipment within 7 to 1 4 (seven t o fourteen) days following receipt and seller
acceptance o f buyers payment instrument.
payment: by irrevocable non transferable document letter of credit negotiable and
payable 30 days after b/l at discharge port, after 2nd inspection, by mt103.
performance bond: in sequence the seller shall issue his performance bond 2% (two percent)
monthly shipment amount in favour of buyer, making the buyer's non operative
payment to operative.

by society générale surveillance (sgs) export inspection certificate on quality,
quantity, and weight at loading port at seller's cost and, as it will be stipulated
in the contract, a 2 d inspection at destination port at buyer's cost.

demurrage: the buyer's risk and responsibility.
at the loading port, it is the seller's risk and responsibility. at the discharging port, it is
this fco shall prevail. for the purpose o f article 3 9 of the un convention, a reasonable period o f time
will be deemed to be 5 (five) days. this contract shall further be construed i n accordance with icc rules.
non circumvention/non disclosure ncnd : the parties accept and agree to
acknowledge and accept the current documented terms o f the non circumvention, non disclosure, working
agreement, as presented and duly signed in annex 1 of this fco.
please note, i n order to facilitate the transaction, i t may be necessary for the buyer and the seller to use a
bank other than those originally designated. any and all banking will be as agreed and recorded in any
final contracts of sale arising from this fco.
with our preferred general trading terms confirmed, we look forward to proceeding to formal acceptance
of these guideline terms and conditions, in lieu of moving to an actual formal contract of sale, formalising
this agreement.
