within 1 day seller provides proof of product with current dated photographs and video of product
within 1 day seller provides proof of product with current dated photographs and video of product
within 3 days buyer opens irrevocable, operative, confirmed, non transferable, documentary letter of credit (dlc, mt 700) in favor of seller
seller arranges shipping from port of loading to destination port within 10 days of dlc opening
seller arranges independent inspection agency (for example, sgs or ccic) to inspect the commodity at port of loading and issue certificate of quantity and quality
seller sends all shipping / title documents to buyer
buyer arranges independent inspection agency (for example, sgs or ccic) to inspect the commodity at the destination port and issue certificate of quantity and quality (to be completed within 2 days of arrival at destination port)
buyer pays seller by t/t mt 103 within 3 days of arrival at destination port
procedures 9 to 13 are repeated each month
