*procedure:*
rfq, kyc/d &b, company registration certificate, import & export license & government quota for the chinese buyers.
bank lc verbiage copy.
no fco/sco email will be sent with complete offer including buyer.
spa + pre advise for non transferable dlc or sblc to be confirmed by icici bank india for prompt payment.
seller issues ppop; product passport, commitment to supply & certificate of origin.
buyer issues non transferable dlc or sblc after confirmation by icici bank. valid for 1 year & 1 day.
the seller loads the vessel & shares the shipping documents.
vessel arrives at the discharge / destination port. the buyer conducts q&q, sgs or similar.
buyer pays full cargo value as per inspection report at discharge port.
after receiving 100% cargo value. the seller discharges the cargo into buyer's tanks.
subsequent shipments as above.
the rest of the detailed sop during spa can be discussed between buyer & seller.

*payment for food commodities 100% at the loading port. after sgs & against shipping documents
