8.upon seller's bank successful exchange of instrument method with buyer's bank, sellerloads product within 14 working days and seller's bank sends full pop documents tobuyer's bank via bank to bank swift and a copy via email to buyer.
9.shipment commences as scheduled in the contract and upon arrival of the cargo at the9discharge port, buyer's inspection team carries out ciq, sgs or equivalent inspection toascertain quality and quantity;
10.seller send imfpa via docusign between all intermediaries involved;
11. upon vessel's arrival and finalization of sgs at destination port, buyer releasespayment via swift fund transfer (mt 103) within 2 banking days to seller for totalshipment value after discharge of product at destination port and receipt of the entirerelevant shipping documents. seller within 48 working hours pays the intermediariesinvolved according to the signed ncnda/imfpa;
12.transaction completed.
