payment method: by mt103/tt for trial delivery
payment guarantee: by sblc/mt760, or dlc/mt700 issued for a value of one month
shipment, valid for a period of one 366 days. sblc/dlc will be issued to
seller s bank and seller s bank will issue 2% performance bond (pb).
sblc/dlc should be irrevocable, revolving, issued, or confirmed by one
of top 50 world banks.

fob jurong transaction procedures terms & conditions
1. buyer signs soft corporate offer (sco) and sends it to the mandate along with a letter of intent (loi).
2. seller issues full corporate offer (fco) and sends it to the buyer (via the mandate) along with the
format of the icpo.
3. buyer signs the fco, puts the icpo on the letterhead of their company, completes all the company and
banking information, signs/stamps, and sends both documents back to the mandate, along with company
profile, cis, passport copy of the authorized signatory, and certificate of registration.
4. seller issues commercial invoice (ci) for the product quantity available in the seller s tank at the port.
buyer signs and returns the ci to the seller (via the mandate) for legalization within 48 hours along with
pof (bcl). the bank of the buyer can email the bcl directly to the seller.
5. buyer opens communication with the seller and buyer s tank farm for scheduling for ttm in seller s tank
farm office. during ttm seller provides pop documents for buyer verification:
a. fresh sgs (less than 48 hours)
b. injection report
c. product passport
d. tank storage receipt (tsr)
e. unconditional dip test authorization (udta)
f. authorization to verify (atv)
6. after the ttm & verification of the pop they move to seller tank storage for physical verification and
upon successful verification seller & buyer sign tank to tank injection agreement (tttia) or tank to
vessel injection agreement (ttvia).
7. seller signs ncnda/imfpa with intermediaries.
8. seller injects the goods into buyer tank or vessel and buyer does dip test at his own expense.
9. buyer pays to seller by mt103/tt within 24 hours.
10. seller transfers all title ownership documents & shipping documents to buyer s name and hands over
to the buyer.
11. seller issues draft spa to buyer to review for r&e monthly deliveries.
12. buyer reviews and approves the spa and issues sblc/irdlc irrevocable, non transferable, auto
revolving for 12 months shipment value. buyer pays after dip test by mt103 wire transfer for each
monthly quantity.
13. the subsequent delivery shall commence according to the terms of the contract.
