transaction procedure

1. buyer issues an official icpo containing the seller s procedure along with buyer cis.
2. seller and buyer sign contracts at lawyer's office in dubai
3 seller issues to buyer the ppop documents

statement of availability of product
product passport
injection report
4. 48h after receipt of ppop, the buyer proceeds a payment for extension of the seller's tank a
minimum of three (3) days.
5. seller provide to the buyer with
a. commitment letter to supply
b. certificate of origin
c. tank storage receipt
d. sgs report
e. authorization to verify
f. dta
g. permit code (to access the seller's terminal )
6. after successful dip test, buyer makes the payment for a total cost of product via mt103
against ci.
7. seller transfer title owners to the buyer, and pays all intermediaries involved in
transaction as per imfpa.
