1.buyer and seller sign and seal the sales and purchase agreement including full banking co ordinates. buyer returns spa with comprehensive vessel details and n.o.r/e.t.a/atb format including q88
3. nnpc operators instruct loaded vessel captain to issue n.o.r to buyer s vessel and buyer s vessel captain acknowledges
5. nnpc operators instruct captain to moves vessel immediately ,both captain long side and tie up , buyer board for physical confirmation buyer pay 50%,after the confirmation fund
7. transshipment takes place.
8. buyer places mt 103/72 of the entire cargo to the nnpc nominated account to receive final payment which will be sent to buyer.
9. all documents are transferred into buyer's name and mt103/72 becomes cashable/touchable/unblocked.

titles & risk of loss
the right of ownership of the product & all risk including accidental loss or damage shall pass from the seller to the buyer at the time when the product has passed the vessel s permanent flange connecting at the point of discharge.

termination
any of the parties may terminate his agreement by giving the other party seven (7) days` notice in writing; & such notice shall be deemed good notice, if sent by fax or e mail on receipt of proof of .delivery, that is if the purpose of the cancellation is a viable, & is accepted by the two parties.
