payment terms:
blocked funds bank to bank as guarantee and mt103 full payment after title change to buyer against original documents.
procedure:
1.buyer send icpo + passport + company registration documents.
2.seller provides the spa draft with the imo number of the vessel.
3.buyer and seller mutually sign the spa.
4.buyer provides proof of funds bank to bank (mt199).
5.seller provides full proof of product with vessel imo and proof of readiness of the loaded vessel
6.upon verification of the above pop and vessel details, buyer s bank issues blocked funds mt799 in favor of the seller s account to their bank
7.after seller s bank verifies the blocked funds, they change the title of the consignment in favor of the buyer and send the documents to their bank. the vessel gets routed to the buyer's port. the vessel must reach within 18 to 20 days from issuance of blocked funds
8.against the title changed original documents, buyer s bank releases the payment to seller s bank via mt103 after vessel reaches the destination port
