procedure

2) seller sends the contract and proforma invoice.

3) buyer signs the documents and sends the copy of the swift mt199

4) upon receipt of the swift mt199 copy, seller sends the documents on behalf of the buyer as consigned or eta of the final port indicated by swift.

5) buyer sends swift mt103/72

6) seller sends the original documents by dhl.

7) q&q sgs control (at the buyer's expense) and payment by mt103.
