1 buyer issues loi, including cis and bank details
2 seller issues contract
3 buyer issues the pof. (proof of bank funds)
4 seller issues pop. ( product proof )
a. declaration of availability
b. certificate of origin & sgs fresh
c. 110% secure about the process
d. shipping time
e. company license to export. (after ship contract)
5 seller issues invoice.
6 the buyer transfers 50% of the invoice.
7 seller issues ship information.
8 bl and final payment of 50%

notes:
payment terms can be negotiated.
the entire shipping process from the port of origin to the port of shipment is controlled by sgs.
the contract includes 110% insurance
