4. buyer s bank issues mt760/mt700 to seller's financial company bank with a copy to seller.
5. seller and financial agent certify the wording and sign.
6. after the funds are in place, seller pays 3% pb(sblc), 2% pb(dlc)
8. seller starts to produce and ship out.
