2 : seller issues the draft contract open for amendments.
3 : buyer returns the signed draft contract with draft dlc
4 : seller shall verify and if accepted shall send the spa as pdf file and sign dlc draft and return all to buyer .
5 : within 3 or 7 banking days upon contract signature, buyer s bank issues 100% dlc_mt700 irrevocable,transferable , divisible , and confirmed by one of top 50 prime banks.
6 : the shipment begins 21 30 days following dlc confirmation, shipment commences according to delivery schedule.
7 : seller s bank releases to buyer' bank all original shipping documentation at loading port.
8 : subsequently each shipment continues as per terms and conditions of the sales and purchase agreement contract between buyer and seller.
11 : 100% payment released against sgs inspection report + shipping documentation at loading port.

dlc means: documentary letter of credit (dlc) irrevocable, divisible, transferable, operable, funded for fifty (50) days, for the value (sum) stated in the contract, payable at sight against seller s commercial invoice, shipping documents and s.g.s. documents within ten(10) banking days at loading port. auto revolving, non negotiable
