We are actively looking for sweet almond cake (residual cake from the almond oil pressing. The bitter almond content has to be less then 4%.
Ideally we are looking for the following specifications :
Remaining oil less than 15%
tested for Aflatoxins : <0,01 mg / kg
tested for salmonella : none in 25 g
total viable aerobe mésophile (tvc) : <100.000 ufc / g bacillus cereus <1.000 ufc / g
e. coli <10 ufc / g
tested on heavy metals and concerned pesticides (on flour or on the almonds)
Quantity : 10MT
